Internal Audit staff audits between five and ten percent of the performance measures that the County reports in both the annual budget and the annual Service Efforts and Accomplishments Report (see Practice 5b. Report performance), following a process and criteria described in Internal Audit’s practice description, “What is a Performance Measures Audit?” (See tool below.)
